All domestic orders are shipped by Australia Post. International orders are shipped with TNT. Should a customer wish to use an alternate shipping method we can accommodate this, however, email contact should be made with KIF & KATAST prior to placing your order.
KIF & KATAST excepts no responsibility for late deliveries or any losses incurred as a result of this. Shipping times are an estimate only.
It is the purchaserís responsibility to ensure that shipping addresses are accurate. No responsibility will be taken for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to purchase transit insurance for the consignment. This option is available in the shipping page of the shopping cart.
Once the goods are dispatched they are the responsibility of the consumer.
Acceptance of Goods
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect goods upon receipt & notify KIF & KATAST immediately (within two days of receipt of product) should goods be damaged in transit (this deadline will be take into consideration the shipping destination).
All warranties are those of the manufacturer and are not that of KIF & KATAST.
Pricing can change without notice.
All prices are charged in Australian Dollars. Pricing includes GST. International orders are exempt from GST and this tax will be removed from the order total when the shipping address is entered and the shopping cart is updated. International orders may be subject to import duties levied by the country into which they are being imported.
Foreign Currency Exchange
All values quoted in foreign currencies are provided by OANDA with XE as a backup in the event that OANDA is not available . The currency conversion is updated hourly and KIF & KATAST endeavours to provide updated indications of exchange value, however, all invoices are paid in Australian dollars and the exchange provided by the customerís bank may differ from the value shown this site. Currency can fluctuate within minutes and thus the currency exchange can only be used as a guide.
Items may be returned within the period stated as long as they have not been used and are in their original packaging with all tags still intact. The cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Email notification must be made prior to return of the product to: email@example.com

All orders are final. In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the order a credit note can be issued if the order has not be packaged.
